Returns
We expect you to be delighted with your goods. If for any reason, you are not, you are welcome to return goods within 28 days of receipt (where possible) for an exchange or a full refund. Refunds are processed within 7 working days of return of goods.
In the unlikely event of your goods arriving in a damaged or faulty condition we will replace your goods or issue a refund if you prefer - please let us know straight away by calling +44 (0)1732 357909.
The UK's Consumer Protection Regulations allow you to cancel your contract within seven working days from receipt of goods. To cancel your contract please notify us at sales@novaspace.co.uk with the order number and your instruction to cancel, or call us on +44 (0)1732 357909. If your order has already been despatched, you must then return the relevant items unused and in re-saleable condition to Novaspace Shelving Ltd.
We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible (usually within 7 days), and in any case, within 30 days after we receive your notification.
